Custom Options

Options / Pricing

Custom Layout/Custom Logo = FREE

We must receive the entire calendar imprint, setup to the exact ‘Imprint Area’, saved in an electronic print-ready format for this option. Please see the individual product pages for ‘Imprint Area’ information. All artwork must meet our Artwork Guidelines below.

Simple Artwork/Custom Layout Setup = $30.00

Our simple artwork setup includes the initial setup with an emailed or faxed proof, and one artwork revision and proof if required.

Standard Ink Color / Non-Black = $25.00

Options: Reflex Blue, Process Blue, Red PMS 185, Dark Green (PMS 347 or 349)

Non-Standard / PMS Ink Match = $50.00

Charge is per color

Multiple Colors = $0.20 each

This is in addition to the ink charges. Maximum of 2 ink colors

Full Color / 4-Color Process Imprint = $.30 each

Available on Calendars with a 'HL9' Prefix.

Artwork requirements / Guidelines:

If sending print-ready electronic files, please refer to the 'Imprint Area' on the product page for the exact size of the calendar that you are ordering. The sizes will vary on some of our products.

Acceptable File Types: .pdf, .ai, .eps, .psd, .tiff, .jpg

Vector art file - Please be sure to outline all fonts.

Raster Images - 600 DPI Minimum for best quality. Color separated files are required for multi-colored jobs.

We cannot work from Microsoft Publisher Files.

Be sure to reference your Order and/or P.O. # in the subject line of the email.

Calendar Ordering Options

We try to simplify your personalized calendar shopping experience by offering 4 different options for placing your order.

1) Online - Enter your text only imprint, or select the appropriate Custom Layout/Logo option and complete your calendar purchase on our website.

2) By Phone - Just give us a call, Toll Free at 877-425-4049. Together we'll setup your account and go over all of your order details. At that time we will give you instructions for sending art, receiving proofs and completing your order in the most efficient manner.

3) By Fax - Send your completed Custom Calendar Order Form to 978-428-5935. A representative will contact you within 24-48 business hours to confirm your order.

4) By Mail - Send your completed Custom Calendar Order Form to:
