If there are any errors or misprints in your order that are the fault of ValueCalendars.com, the order will be promptly corrected, reprinted and reshipped to you at no additional expense.
What if the customer discovers a mistake following printing?
Unfortunately, our calendars are custom printed and cannot be reused if returned. Thus, once an order is approved for print by the client, we will not issue refunds, discounts or accept returns due to customer mistakes or oversights.
We strongly advise that you review your proof thoroughly and carefully. We always suggest you have at least one other set of eyes review your proof to confirm it is error free.
