What if ValueCalendars.com makes a mistake?
If there is any error or misprint in your order that is determined to be the fault of ValueCalendars.com, the order will be promptly corrected, reprinted and reshipped to you at no additional expense.
What if the customer discovers a mistake following printing?
Unfortunately, unlike some other products, our promotional calendars are custom printed and cannot be reused if returned. Thus, once a proof is signed or otherwise approved by the client for printing, we will not issue discounts, refunds or accept returns due to late discovery of a mistake made by, or overlooked by, the customer.
We strongly advise you to review all of your proofs thoroughly and very carefully. We always suggest you have at least one other set of eyes review your proof to ensure it is error free.
